She regularly wows on the red carpet, but Emma Watson thinks her fashion sense is "boring". The actress has become somewhat of a style icon thanks to her elegant wardrobe choices. However, Emma insists that she isn't very daring.

The 23-year-old has revealed that when she isn't gracing a red carpet or attending glitzy showbiz events, she plays it safe with her personal wardrobe. "My problem is that I am a little bit boring. I don't wear designer bags or big sunglasses," she told the French edition of Elle magazine.

"When I don't have to play Emma Watson in public, I'd rather not put myself 'out there'. I have to be more careful with my look in my everyday life."The Harry Potter star also talked about becoming the face of Lancôme when she is said to prefer shunning the limelight. Emma explained that she has come to terms with the fact that she will never be anonymous.

"Someone asked me why I accepted this job, as I wanted to stand in the shadows. Actually, I gave up the idea that I could become anonymous again!" she said. "Before, I used to insist on taking the bus or the underground as a way of rebelling against my fame. But, at one point, you have to give it up. Last year, in Bangladesh, I came across a really poor village, made of dried mud shacks. A little boy dressed in rags asked me, 'Hey, aren't you the girl in Harry Potter?'"

The actress added that she was inspired by previous Lancôme ambassadors. The beauty explained that the brand represents some of her favourite qualities. "I would have never lent my image to a brand if I didn't feel in perfect harmony with it! Lancôme embodies everything I like: France, where I was born, quality and stars who I admire for their sincerity and charm, like Julia Roberts or Penélope Cruz," she said. "And, most of all, Lancôme allowed me to work the way I wanted to. I appreciated that a lot."

Emma Watson fans are going to have to wait a little longer for her latest film. “The Perks of Being a Wallflower.” But, in the meantime, they can gaze on sexy new outtakes from her Harper’s Bazaar magazine photo shoot.

Photographer Harry Crowder, who was behind the lens for Watson’s shoot, promised a year ago to release more photos from the session. And true to his word, he just released a series of perky black-and-white images.

Watson exudes bohemian chic in the photos. She poses in one shot wearing only a man’s shirt loosely buttoned. She sitting on a window sill and backlit by the light steaming through. She also poses in an old-fashioned clawfoot bath tub.

In her first post-Harry Potter film, Watson appeared in 2011′s “My Week with Marilyn,” starring Michelle Williams. She played a minor role as Lucy, a wardrobe assistant who has a few dates with the main character, Colin Clark.

Her first starring role is in “Perks of Being a Wallflower.” Watson and co-star Logan Lerman filmed the movie last summer, and it’s now reportedly in post production. Some reports claim the release date has been pushed back to this fall, instead of this spring. But so far, the studio has yet to confirm the reports. Watson has also expressed interest in doing a musical film, and may follow fellow Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe to Broadway.

Emma has kept in touch with Radcliffe since the “Harry Potter” films finished shooting. “Emma and I text all the time,” Radcliffe said. But the star said he and Rupert Grint “never text each other, we never see each other.”

New movie stills from the highly anticipated upcoming film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, has been released. The photos feature the stars of the movie, Emma Watson and Logan Lerman. Fans of the book and of Watson have been treated to many movie stills in the past few months but what people are really waiting for is the movie's trailer! The movie is currently in post production, Watson and Lerman filmed over the summer of 2011 and in-between her time promoting Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.

Perks... stars The Vampire Diaries actress, Nina Dobrev, Paul Rudd, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World's Mae Whitman, American Horror Story's Dylan McDermott and Jennifer's Body's, Johnny Simmons. The movie has an all-star cast directed towards the young adult crowd and is sure to be a big hit with teens and fans of the novel written by Stephen Chbosky.

IMDB only has a release date of 2012 and speculation is that the rumored release date for Perks... is being pushed back to a fall 2012 release date instead of spring 2012 date. There is no official word if this is true and why the film company would push back the date of the movie.

What film stars Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Nina Dobrev, Mae Whitman, Paul Rudd and Dylan McDermott? Why, it is the big screen adaptation of The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and today we are proud to deliver a film still fresh from the set.

Emma Watson is Hermione Granger to most of us, but she recently appeared in My Week with Marilyn, a film drumming up major Golden Globe and Oscar attention. She’s a fashion icon and a role model. When next we see her, it just might be in The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

The story focuses primarily on Charlie, acted by Lerman. You may recognize the young actor from the adaptation called Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. Charlie is a high school freshman trying to stay sane while coming of age.

Aside from getting a glimpse at Lerman and Emma Watson together in today’s pic, you can see actress Mae Whitman off to the right hand side. I just love her. She was wonderful in Hope Floats. She’s a regular on Parenthood, too, and has voiced Batgirl for episodes of Batman: The Brave and the Bold. She plays Charlie’s first ever girlfriend. Also in the pic, are those red Solo cups?

As for the rest of the Wallflower cast, Patrick, a friend of Charlie’s, is acted by Ezra Miller. Watson plays Patrick’s step-sister, Sam. Rudd acts as Charlie’s English teacher. Kate Walsh and Dylan McDermott are Charlie’s parents and Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is his sister.

The 21-year-old enjoyed a day out in London's trendy Islington area with her new fella and appeared to be having a good time as they chatted away happily. It's clear she has the tall, dark stranger under her spell as at one point, he was spotted bending down to plant an affectionate kiss on her cheek while she grinned with delight.

According to reports, the pair enjoyed a browse of Islington's designer lingerie boutique Tallulah. She'll have been able to splash out on some expensive underwear for herself given that her and Rupert Grint were named as the highest-earning on-screen couple of the past five years, according to Forbes and Box Office Mojo, last week. Emma wrapped up warm for her day out in a black coat with skinny jeans and a pair of stylish black leather knee-high boots. Her companion wore a similar black slim-fit coat with jeans but added a bit of colour to his ensemble with a bright red scarf.

Emma is over in the UK studying English at Oxford University but has vowed to keep a low profile she can get on with her studies. Putting on kissing displays like this probably isn't advised if she wants to remain anonymous though. Watson has previously been linked to her The Perks Of Being A Wallflower co-star Johnny Simmons, One Night Only rocker George Craig and financier Jay Barrymore.

After ending things with her name-dropping, douche bag ex-boyfriend Francis Boulle, men across the globe prayed for their chance with the Harry Potter hotty. Sadly, their window of opportunity closed quickly. The A-list actress moved onto her Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star Johnny Simmons. The tabloids thought they were a match made in heaven. But it has been a while since we've seen the two snogging in public. After months of speculation, Ology knows why.

Last week, paparazzi spotted Watson with a new no-name man. . . or possibly men. On January 4, the actress was seen shopping in Oxford with this a dark haired hotty. Even though she shied away from the PDA, you can tell she was happy to be with him. A few days later, however, she grabbed some food with a grubby guy who sort of looks like the stoned version of the guy above. Whether she's hanging with one guy or two, I'm happy that Watson is playing the field. Go get some girl!

Ten years and eight films' worth of teenage sexual tension have put Emma Watson and Rupert Grint in number one spot on Forbes' list of Hollywood's Top Grossing On-Screen Couples. The pair, whose characters Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley finally lock lips in the last instalment of the Harry Potter film franchise, won over real-life couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson of the Twilight movie series. The folks at Forbes used data from Box Office Mojo to tally box office earnings for stars who appeared as couples in films over the past five years.

As Forbes writer Dorothy Pomerantz says, in the golden years of Hollywood, actors such as Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart, Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn and Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers regularly paired up to create box-office gold. More recently, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan appeared in three films together. These days actors only tend to appear together in more than one movie if they star in a franchise. Emma Watson and Rupert Grint have been named the highest-earning on-screen couple of the past five years. Bosses at Forbes magazine and Box Office Mojo have compiled the new list, based on onscreen chemistry and box office success, and Harry Potter co-stars Watson and Grint have beaten the competition after together helping to rake in $4.2 billion over the course of the study.

Coming in a distant second are Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart of The Twilight Saga films with takings of $2.5 billion and original Transformers co-stars Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox are third with earnings of $1.5 billion.

Rounding out the top five are Robert Downey, Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow - thanks to the first two Iron Man films - and LaBeouf and his Transformers: Dark of the Moon love interest Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Also receiving mentions were Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Inception's Leonardo DiCaprio and Marion Cotillard, and Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth.

The pic, tweeted out by Paradiso Films, shows the kids of the cast—including the eminently crushworthy Logan Lerman and the always charming Emma Watson—sitting on a couch in their holiday finery, flanked by poinsettias and presents. So sweet! So seasonal! It's like a belated Christmas present!

Emma Watson's latest Lancome advert is aimed at getting young women to start using lipsticks again.
The 'Harry Potter' actress appears in a new campaign for the brand's new Rouge in Love lipstick and Vernis in Love nail polish and bosses are keen for the ads to make lipstick more popular. Youcef Nabi, president of Lancôme International, told WWD: "The idea is to make this young generation - that has been a gloss fan - come back to using lipsticks. We worked with Emma on the shade range."The lipsticks, available in 24 shades, come in a metallic case that can double as a mirror. Youcef added: "This new generation spends their time looking at themselves in the mirror."

Lancome will also launch a new app, Virtual Mirror, with the lipsticks, which will allow customers to experiment with various colours online before buying. She said: "You will be able to try all the shades by downloading your picture. It's really you transformed before your eyes."The nail polish complements the lip colours, with Youcef saying: "Lipstick doesn't come without a nail enamel. It's the ultimate fashion accessory."
