Emma Watson the Harry Potter star is dating a 16-year-old up-and-coming rugby player, according to reports.The 17-year-old actress was photographed enjoying a romantic break on the French Riviera with handsome sportsman Tom Ducker.And the staff at their Nice hotel described the young couple as "delightful guests".During the French holiday, the couple spent their time perusing Nice's swanky art shops, and Watson spotted a £15,000 ($30,000) painting, reading "Je suis incognito ici, faites le savoir" (I'm incognito here, tell everybody), which she offered to buy in cash immediately.Owner Ali Abdelhafidh says, "Emma fell in love with it and offered to buy it there and then. The words on the piece seemed to sum up her evening.
